BEAUTY TUESDAY: EASY WEEKEND LOOK

beauty tuesday
Disclaimer: I am a BIG fan of Tia and Tamera and I read their lifestyle blog, TiaAndTameraOfficial.com, religiously. They're always posting great fashion advice and beauty how-tos, so I totally stole borrowed this idea from one of their recent posts!

Ok, enough of the backstory. Today's Beauty Tuesday look is something you can recreate on lazy weekends when you want to look put together, but not put in too much effort.

1. BB & CC Cream: I already shared with you my love for BB cream in my previous skincare ritual post, and now, I think I'm in love with CC cream as well. I really like how this duo performs when paired together. They offer great coverage and even out my fickle skin tone. {Maybelline Dream Fresh BB Cream, $6.50 and Sephora Collection Skin Perfect CC Cream, $26}

2. Blush and Highlighter: Lots of soft glow and cheek flush in a snap. Try these two together and get your life! {Flirt! Peek-a-Boo Blush in Caramel Belle, $14.50 and Sonia Kashuk Shimmering Highlighter, $10}

3. Brow Pencil: I am an Anastasia Brow Powder FAN-A-TIC, but when the weekend comes, an el-cheapo brown brow pencil does me just fine.

4. Lip Pencil: The great thing about lip pencils is that you can swipe on a little for a hint of color or fill in for dynamic pops of color! {NARS Satin Lip Pencil in Yu, $25}

What do you think of my easy weekend beauty routine? How do you keep your makeup looks fresh and easy on days off? Leave a comment for me below!

  1. I love it, but it took some getting used to. It really is like a thick paste, so you have to be really gentle when applying it around the eye with your finger. I like it because it's creamy and blends really well.
