Happy Friday! Can you believe January 2015 is almost out the door? It seems like just last night I was throwing confetti and popping champagne to ring in the new year with my friends. Time is flying, you guys...and February is literally around the corner.

Today I want to talk about something that's been on my mind lately: self love. November through February can be a tough few months for some people (especially February). I've had my share of awful valentine's experiences, but I've also had a lot of great ones!

I have tons of wonderful, gorgeous, talented, single girlfriends that never cease to amaze me with their awesomeness. And we often have conversations about the single life, why it (sometimes) sucks and just commiserate in general over guys and the dating scene. But the one thing I try to impart in all of them is that being single can have amazing benefits! You get to know yourself, treat yourself and spoil yourself better than anyone else can or ever will. Being single is a great opportunity for reflection and figuring out what you want out of your life before you have the added responsibility for caring for someone else. It's the perfect time to be completely selfish and do what you want to do every day of the week. Don't get me wrong, married life is really good, but you will never be ready for a relationship if you don't learn to love yourself first.

So to all my single ladies, I say live it up! This is the best most possible time for you to grow, learn and love yourself to the highest power. Don't wait for valentine's day (or any other day of the year) to affirm the love you have for yourself. Indulge. Do it now. Do it often!

This recipe completely saved me another $5 million to buy a new brush head. Not only that, but it also completely got rid of the smell of mildew on my brush head. Thank you so much!

  3. That mildew smell is the worst! So happy you were able to use this to save dough on your clarisonic!
